09 Charity Event
The
Gateway Rockers and the St. Louis Scooter Club will once again join forces to
celebrate giving to others in 2009. Last
year the two clubs donated hundreds of gifts to St. Louis Crisis Nursery. This
year we decided to make the event more personal and we adopted a local family.
The
family lives in North St. Louis County. Our
adopted family is a single Mother of four with no support from a Father that
abandoned the family. The kids range in
age from 9 to 16, 1 boy and 3 girls. The boy has cerebral palsy.
Below you
will find the kids wish list. If you
wish to donate for one of these gifts, please let me know what you will be
donating. I am also including a PayPal link for cash donations. Ed and I will gladly shop for you!
All gifts
should be wrapped. We will be announcing
a date soon for a ride to the house to make a very special Christmas for these
kids!
